Black on Black 135i 6 speed warranty and quality mods
The time has come to replace my lovely daily driver with a bigger, more "family" oriented car. It took me about a year to find a 135i with the specs I wanted--black on black, manual seats, no navigation, but with comfort access. I have a stack of receipts for services and upgrades during my ownership (I bought the car from a local Mitsubishi Dealership and it did not come with any records except for Carfax). The car is currently set up for neutral, sporty, autox/track oriented driving, however I have the stock parts to tame it down if the new owner prefers the more sedate OEM experience. On to the details! 2008 135i Clean Title Runs perfect Drivetrain: **The engine has never been modified** I only pump Chevron and occasionally, Shell 73XXX miles this is my daily driver so the mileage will be in the 73k range Car comes with a 100k mile bumper to bumper transferable warranty Oil changes performed at BMW or done myself with BMW approved Castrol LL01 5w-40, every 5,000 miles (not the 10-15k recommended by BMW) Custom rear muffler delete to high end, double walled, SS Magnaflow DTM tips--the car has a very unique, lovely sound. Get complements regularly. 6 speed manual shifts beautifully New BMW M Performance alcantara and aluminum shift knob Oil Filter Housing reseal with coolant flush and top off performed a few weeks ago CDV Delete mod for much more direct clutch engagement Suspension: Ground Control coilover suspension paired with Koni Sports (I have the stock M Sport Suspension) Ground Control race camber plates Square 18x9 ASA Wheels (these wheels are wider than stock, but are a few pounds lighter and look exponentially better--I get numerous emails monthly from folks online wanting to know more about my wheel setup) NEW 245/35/18 Michelin Pilot Super Sports all around (just spent over $1k on these!) H&R 10mm spacers with extended bolts up front Apex 12mm spacers with extended bolts out back Hawk DTC-70 Race pads up front (I have front and rear stocks pads with plenty of meat on them) Hawk DTC-60 Race pads rear Exterior: LCI Blackline tail lights imported from Germany OEM Mud guards Blacked out "shadowline" trim using plastidip Blacked out kidney grill Smoked side markers Rear "135i" badge delete 7500K Halo bulbs Detractors: The paint is not flawless--little chips here and there and one thin scratch on the hood--representative of the mileage The seats contain heating elements, but they are not wired up (I replaced the stock non-sport seats with manual sport seats) The spherical bushings in the front camber plates "click" occasionally over big bumps--I will show you during the test drive Both fenders and quarters are rolled to accommodate the widest stance and rubber A bit of curb rash on passenger wheels I will also be including (2) 255/35/18 Michelin PSS' with a good 5,000 miles left on them and (1) 245/35/18 with a ton of meat on it still. Stock tails and shift knob will also come with the car as well as the stock non-sport seats. If you have read this far, you deserve to know the asking price I am asking $21,500. Please note that the car comes with a transferable 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I bought the most comprehensive package available, so everything from the turbo's to the speakers are covered under warranty. Thanks for looking! Will add more pics later this evening Last edited by Artsee; 06-17-2014 at 01:14 AM.. |

They don't These were made for an E46 chassis and took a ton of work to get them to fit just right. I wanted something unique, hence why I chose these wheels and not an easy bolt on option. Wheels are 18x9 et45, however I have 10mm spacers up front and a 12mm spacer in the rear making the offsets +35 front and +33 rear, respectively. |
