Since it falls on Mother's day, I was feeling iffy about it...but registered anyways since we're back in Palazzo this year

Is MFest even worth going to now? Unfortunately I've heard it's all younger kids with riced out euros. I have heard the forum is no longer as active as it was 3/4 years ago and that's not saying much either

I think it is. The caravan to Vegas is probably the best part. There is a track event, drag event and car show as well.

As said above I think it is. There was a full spectrum of cars last year to include some of the more popular ones (read universally loved) in the community. "Rice" is such an over used word that has come to mean just about everything/anything.

Some of the nicest BMWs I have seen attended MFest last year and it was great seeing some of them on the track.

I am debating it but I'm not a huge Vegas fan... I'm definitely going to Bimmerfest in Pasadena.

MFest is like Bimmerfest except all the cars are on the highway together driving vice sitting still. That is, until they get to the show, unless you track yours or drag yours.....

I know this thread is around MFest but for those of you who can't make MFest this year check out www.eurotopian.com. We have monthly events from track days, to group drives, to car rallies/shows, and much more.

Nice.... there are some "heavy hitters" heading to the show with some serious mods this year. I am excited to see some of the epicness in person, on the highway and track.

Awesome! Do you Texas guys come further west for the drive? Where are you meeting up? I am in AZ, going to meet the Eastbound guys in Barstow.

We don't come down that low on the I-10 we are up higher on the I-40 coming across Flag Staff, AZ

I think after MFest 8 I am going to drive to SoCal since I have family out there and do Bimmerfest since I never been there

Bimmerfest is worth seeing. What MFest doesn't have is a lot of the vintage BMW crowd. Bimmerfest has it in spades.
