Dinan midpipe with BMW M Performance Exhaust?

Has anyone tried this combo? Just wondering how it will sound. I read a lot on here about members pairing x pipes with the MPE and reporting crazy rasp. Wondering if this is true of the dinan pipe as well. thx

yes its pretty raspy, not terribly so, but is also quite a bit louder which was something I wasn't a huge fan of.

Thank you for the quick responses. I didn't think it sounded raspy, I thought it sounded great. Goes to show exhaust note is very subjective.

Any chance you could post the clip here? Would love to hear how it sounds.

But OP, why not consider the Dinan exhaust? From what I've heard, it is similar to the MPE insofar as it is tame at low throttle and screams at WOT, but was obviously designed to counteract the rasp from the Dinan midpipe.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the car I'm considering already has the MPE installed.
