Sad to sell it, but winter is coming and I nearly cried when I walked by it in the garage every day last winter, plus my new one is already on it's way here. Located in Airdrie/Calgary Alberta. Executive driven and babied. Always parked in covered parkade and garage at a home, never seen snow or freezing temps. Not a rock chip on it anywhere. Non-smoking, non-pet household, owned free and clear, no liens.

Packages include: Tech, Winter, Exec, Convenience. Which includes:
Nav, folding mirrors, back up sensors, keyless start, full load with all packages, hard drive, bluetooth, email, heated seats, adaptive headlights, ski bag & pass through, and a bunch more stuff. I'm forgetting what's in all the packages.

Additional stuff included:
Full 3M on front and 1/4 up hood, as well as mirrors and both sides of rear fenders by the tires.
Light window tint
Painted reflectors Alpine White
Black grill and gills
OEM Exhaust Mod (body of exhaust painted matte black)
Matte black ceramic coated exhaust tips
Rubber floor mats - BMW
New tires on 19 inch 220M wheels (tires less than 1000kms on them)

White halo LED bulbs, can't recall the brand of them.

Optional:
Matte Black 19 inch VMR710's 10 inch fronts and 11 inch rears with Yokohama AD08's 265 fronts and 295 rears mounted, I want to keep them for my new M3, but could sell them with it. I'd just buy another set, so would have to be a decent price for them. If car sells without these rims I will post as a separate item as another ad, so please don't ask for them separately. Serviced last week at Calgary BMW for a low mileage oil change and yearly check up (all checked out good).

Can be viewed downtown Calgary at Bankers Hall during the day or in Airdrie in Evenings, once snow flies then that's it, it'll hunker down until roads are cleaned in the spring. Only wear an tear on this car is on the side bolster of drivers seat there is a bit of wear, nothing bad. I'll take a pic and add it, also I have a small scratch on the rear leather seat from when I was treating the leather I nicked with my nail, very minor. I will shoot that as well, as I want to ensure full disclosure so I'm not wasting anyone's time.

Also some people have asked already, so I will clarify, the first bunch of pics are taken at different points in the cars history. When stock with stock rims/grills/reflectors to show the stock rims that are with the car, and some more pics showing all the stuff I added since then (also included with car). It is the same car in all the pics. And that is Swisstrax Ribtrax flooring in my garage, and it's awesome for my OCD on cleanliness, got a q on that too on another site.
