Mods and dealer issues in chicago area?

This question goes out to the Chicago area guys who have modded their still under warranty M's. What have you done and have you had any issues with the dealer? I was going to do a full akro and delete-r. and wondered which dealers were cool with that, and which were not? I only have about 1800 miles on mine and do not want to deal with any hassles. thanks in advance.

you know most dealers don't even notice and half of them don't care as long as the part in question isn't effected by the mod. I had every bolt on possible on my evo x and my dealership didn't care because all of the warranty work was with unrelated things.
