I must have spring fever: I changed the manual trans fluid and the spark plugs earlier this week, and installed a MadDad whisper exhaust the week before that. I can't wait to take her out!

Both jobs were quite easy, and made easier by the excellent DIYs posted. Thanks to everyone who contributes!

On a side note, i have the extended maintenance until June 2014, but I didn't feel like fighting with my dealer to change the plugs. Plus, I never like having someone else tinker with my car...

I am right there with you. I have a suspension swap and retrofit HIDs waiting for me to do as soon as the temperature becomes bearable in the garage

Been through 3 axle back swaps, battled with a chargepipe, 3 different intakes, swapped JB4 out twice, installed a FMIC all within the past 2months sub 35* weather. Come at me bro. GOML. Whatever else the kids are saying these days.

It hit 45 here today, so I snuck her out again. I still can't get over how much better the Whisper sounds with cat less DPs and stock mids over the stock muffler. I think it's actually quieter, and the sound is perfect. Sporty and refined, and definitely BMW.

Could you post a vid maybe? I've been looking for the perfect exhaust that will refine my sound every sense I got my dp put on all that rasp on cold starts an hard acceleration I'm not a fan of. I wanted the rogue dms but its not made anymore. This sounds like it may be what I'd need. I'm curious to hear sense you have no dp as well.

The only vid I could produce would be with my iPhone. I'll try to get my friend and his GoPro to put something together.
