BT scanner in San Diego or Orange County?

Just wondering if anyone might have the BT Scanner in San Diego or Orange County that can help me read and delete a code from a JB+ I installed? A recommendation of a shop that can do this would also help me out.

Doesn't the jb4 clear codes, I cleared the codes, took it out. then took my car in for a dead water pump. No issues.
