Lower radiator seal fallen off!
Hi all
Just looked under the car as I though I heard some thumping about and noticed the lower radiator seal has fallen off. Does anyone know how to fit this back, do I have to remove the undercarriage of the car? Simple job or pain in the Item no 5 Cheers |

Wow, seems like an odd bit to just fall off.
The "undercarriage" in the front area is just a plastic pan held on by a bunch of smallish bolts. Very easy to remove. If that doesn't do it, you may have to pull the bumper cover, which sounds harder than it actually is. There's one or more DIYs. I've done it a few times. If you have to take the fan out, don't sweat that either. One self tapping screw, one plastic push rivet, and 2 connectors. Just have to weasel it past the radiator hose on the right side and the little plastic tube that goes around the air filter box on the left side. |
