Thanks for the quick reply but I need something in Southern California. Need to pass the smog inspection.

In actuality, it doesn't have to be stock exhaust/midpipe--it can be an aftermarket one as long as it will pass the CA smog inspection.

I currently have the Riss Racing one and I'm told it wont pass the visual.

I assume you're n54? If so you'll need the n54 mids with secondary cats. N55 don't need them so a riss racing catback would be fine for smog.

Yep mine is N54. Does that mean I'll automatically fail the visua inspection with the RR exhaust?

If no one has one for sale, would anyone be willing to lend me their stock axle and mid so I can pass my smog?

I can't say for CA, but in AZ I got screwed. Not on an N54, but I have a diesel truck that doesn't have a cat from the factory...dumbass at the inspection placed failed me for visual (it passed the previous 4 years at the same place) and had to go to a referee to get it settled. Now I find out it shows up on the carfax that it failed smog....you don't want that...not worth it. Sorry I can't help you out...just an FYI..Good luck!

Does anyone know of a "lenient" smog check place? I'm stock except for the RR exhaust so I think the visual inspection is my biggest worry.

I usually go to a place in Pomona to smog my Hondas. Intersection of white and holt....test only....cheap place. Pm me if u find n54 mids, I'll lend u my stock muffler. I'm n55 otherwise I'd help you out with the mids too.
