May I ask why you're selling?

I'll try to take some when I get a chance. They are black from carbon deposits, so I'll need to clean them up. I literally took that picture two minutes after they came off the car yesterday. Welds are typical Raceland- a vast improvement over the pipes of yore but nothing special.

Do they look like the first post or the second cleaned up ones?

The "After" shots are closer than the "Before" shots. Raceland made some improvements, but they still aren't up to par with the best, but that's why they are cheap! I bought these on April 17th of this year, so they would be "Batch 3", where "Batch 1" were the ones that were returned for fitment issues and such. I didn't have the under tray installed during the past three months and they were exposed to the elements (rain, lol), so you can see in the picture that they held up very nicely. In the past when Raceland first released these, there was a lot of worry that they might rust out in a couple months because they were inexpensive. If you are on the fence with Racelands, it's best to buy them used so someone else can be the guinea pig and test fitment and take the depreciation for you If there was going to be a problem with my set, it would have popped up by now.
Initially my thoughts on purchasing them was that if they lasted two years like the Raceland haters used to say, the distributed cost of buying another set of pipes that lasted two more years would still be cheaper than one set from any other brand, and would take me through my course of ownership of the vehicle. I now realize that they are totally up to the task of staying in the car for many years without issue. I would imagine they would likely last the lifetime of the stock exhaust at least since they are stainless. I respect the fact that some people want a product that has prettier welds, but after some initial skepticism, I now stand by the "a pipe is a pipe" mantra. Quote:
