I hate dot matrix!!

I just went to get my m coupe tinted and after the tint I notice our car have the damn dot matrix in the two front window. Why in the world did bmw put them there??? I am pissed because the tint job looked horrible because of the dotted areas. I ended ripping the tints off in the front. What a waste of time and money!

Idk you just gotta learn to live with it. Mine looks alright on the dot matrix I dont even pay atttention to it anymore.

I ask my tint guy and he says they can't remove the dot matrix. Pissed because it looks very uneven and not clean.

i've had all of my cars tinted using llumar film varying from 15-35%.

the day you get your car tinted you're likely to see a very sketchy dot matrix. that happens everytime. don't let it worry you...the tint will set in place over the course of a few days and really even out. i've found that parking under the sun on a nice bright day really let's it cook in place when the film is still pliable enough to mold.

i'm not the most knowledgeable on the subject...but that's been my experience.

give it a few days and it should even out some. too late i guess since you ripped them out already.
