painted front lip on silverstone.

just purchased a front lip, not sure if I want to paint it silverstone to match the car or jet black to match my grill and give it a little offset. post up you pictures. I know most stay with the carbon fiber look but I'm looking to try something different.

Black or CF are visually the same thing against a light color because of contrast. I do like a little contrast but light and bright colors also look great with match-painted lips, it gives the illusion of it looking more full. You should paint-match it for a little differentiation from other cars out there. Take advantage of painting your bumper reflectors while you're at it. You may even want to get a few more things like iND does, including the side grills and front grill outer trim. If you already have all the black accessories just paint your OEM stuff that's probably sitting in a box taking up space.

Like this below (hope iND doesn't mind, I buy all my paint-matched stuff from you )

Man those splitters look so much better paint matched let me tell you. Very nice.

Op I'm in the same boat as you with an SSII car. I purchased a lip & diffuser also thinking about matching both or just leaving them carbon. Decisions, decisions.....
