thick black license plate holder?

Any suggestions on a thick black license plate holder that'll cover up everything (New Jersey and Garden State) on my plate only leaving the license plate # visible?

If you are going to have a front plate, I think you should mount it properly in the middle with a nice plate frame. The off center thing just looks horrible IMO.

NJ requires a front plate, otherwise you risk getting a ticket. People resort to using the tow hook to hold up the front plate so there wont be any holes drilled into the bumper. Its also easy to remove the plate from the tow hook for a more aesthetic look when taking pictures or at a meet or something.

To answer OP's question, i would just leave it like that, there are instances where cops gave tickets out for NEW JERSEY and Garden state being obstructed

basically what he said. I already get tickets for my tints, the license plate would also be noticed so im forced to use the tow hook method. I feel like the license plate is too yellow so a black holder would take out some yellow

Leave it the way it is, although it looks bad.
