Daytime/parking lamp malfunction after Lux H8 install

I've gotten this malfunction twice now since my Lux H8 install almost a month ago. It's always the passenger side and when I get it, the light just barely flickers while the driver's side one works correctly. Any ideas?

This exact same thing happened to me... Passenger side as well. Seems a little strange. I woner how many others have had issues with the passenger side unit.

Lux was very good though... I contacted them and they said to ship it back to them and they'd take care of it. Sent it out last week, now I just need to wait (for USPS mostly).

You may not have cause for worry. Not uncommon for it to flicker if the idle is a little low. The only thing to worry about if it was indeed sounding different at idle. If it were mine, I would make certain that I had the idle speed correct and then check it with a mechanical guage in case you have a bad sending unit.

Garage List
I had the same issue. Same side. Turned out to be loose wire.
