Painted ZCPs Black

So I was bored this past weekend and decided to try and Plastidip my rims. Like others who have done this, the fact that I can peel it off at the end of my lease, or even if they didn't come out nice, made me go ahead and do it. Anyways, on to the pics. Stock zcp height, 12 and 15mm BMS spacers, and just got my Vorsteiner lip painted gloss black by The Shop Automotive in Culver City. I also removed my rear bumper to repaint my tips with gloss black high temperature paint (thank god for the DIY section of this forum).
Enjoy

i like it haha, i'm debating on painting my advan rsd rims in matte black because i want to eventually get them redone professionally in matte black...but was on the fence on how they would look. this is a good way to get an idea! plus it would be easy to wash haha.

hows it holding up to rock chips and daily use?

It's held up very well. No chips, scratches or anything. Just went over them with glossifier and they're holding up great. Easiest shit to wash

I wonder how hard is to get the plastic-dip out of the wheels since they get so hot and the plastic glues to it more than normal.

Not hard at all. A friend of mine who did it as well peeled his right off a few days after tracking his car. Pretty easy to do once you get a nice grip
