Forget the limited editions. How much power can we get n/a and what's it taking? Let's hear it first hand from those that want to stay "au-natural" without a blower.

So are there forum members here that have stroked out their engines? Did they get it up to the 4.4 of the GTS or were they able to go to an even larger displacement?

I would imagine anyone who ownes one of the Dinan S3-R: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXViN7FnsTE.
OR One of the N/A guys in the '60-130 and 1/4 time thread here: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=630463. They seem to just have bolt-ons with a tune. |

Many of us are waiting for dynojet dynos of such a car. A few have gotten close.
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...ghlight=vishnu Vishnu made 388 SAE dynojet rwhp with trackpipe, rear exhaust, intake, tune and meth injection but no underdrive pulley. Might have been close with the pulley. EAS made 400 STD dynojet rwhp with filter, pulley, track pipe, and tune, but this is only 390 SAE rwhp: http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=390233 M3DCTBT has made 417 rwhp but not on a dynojet and I do not know what mods or what correction factor, if any, was used: http://brentuning.com/blog/wp-conten...NEDBOLTSON.jpg For more data, look in the dyno database. There are many M3 dynos in there, with various mods, different octanes, and different dynos. |

As far as my comment, while I was mostly joking, my '11 is faster than my '09 was (based on PBOX numbers) under any and all conditions. Time will tell if others obtain similar results. |
