Guess it is time for a formal introduction!
Well HELLO!
New to the forums obviously, just wanted to introduce myself. I just bought a new house further from work. I am a Flight Paramedic/RN for a hospital in New Orleans and needed a new DD that got better MPGs without sacrificing speed. Sold my 2004 Whipple supercharged Lightning. Bought a CPO 2008 135I M-Sport with 40k on it. The car was mint other than the front bumper was drilled for a plate and had two curbed rims, both of which the dealer paid to have repaired. I already started modding, replaced the door sills, new steering wheel cover and shift knob due to wear, added the third cup holder and deleted the ash tray. I am looking a satellite DLP for it, already checked it is wired. I replaced the standard rear view mirror with the autodim/homelink model. I installed the clear BMW bra on it, and ordered the LED clear side marker lights from Bimmanim. I also ordered a stage 1 PPK from pacific BMW. |

Congrats and welcome, you got a real beaut there. Looks just like mine.

The 6MT has been great as well as the engine. I am hoping the Power Pack adds a bit more OOMPH. The Lightning I had Whippled went 11.61@119, kind of sucks a truck was faster, lol. This thing handles really well though, guess it makes up for it.

Straight line speed is overrated.
The 135i engine is a marvel. I'm constantly amazed by it and the stock suspension isn't nearly as bad as everyone says. 110mph without any wind noise too! I love my car. Welcome to the forums. Enjoy it stock for s while and get to know it. So many people modding.... The car is impressive as-is!! |

I think you hood is off to the right... the hood gap isn't normal i think. Always good to see an AW M sport 135i. Enjoy

This car can get sub 12 second times for not too much money. Chip, downpipes, meth, dci, and tires, sub $2k and you're gold
