Opinions on my X5M lease deal - thanks!

MSRP $100,025
Lease Term: 36 months / 3 years
Allowed mileage: 15k year / 45k
Initial Cap Cost: $97,825
Assignment Fee: $725
Adjust Cap Cost: $98,949
Cap. Reduction: 6.0000%
Lease Factor: .00235 (seems too high as I have leased numerous cars from this dealer)
Total Monthly With Tax: $1,716

Appreciate any input,

Cheers

Never did a lease before, but that $17xx is about the price that I get financing with my X5M for 5 years loan. Isn't lease is a lot cheaper?

You can do much better I think. If you want a referral let me know. I was actually at my BMW place today. 750i X Drive M Sport with MSRP over 100K was 1100 per month. I walked as I didn't love the car and they texted me to name my price witin reason.

A bit high man. Consider another dealer if you have too.

I would say this should be at about the $1500/mo range.

Thanks - 2 more questions re X5 M lease offer

Thanks for all the replies - thought as much - will definitely do better - contacted another dealer as well - bit limited since I am in Colorado - will post what I ended up with next week - two more questions to throw out to all the experts:

1. Generally, about how much should a dealer come down from MSRP (build $100,000 '12 x5 M) - does about $4K - $5k off MSRP sound about right

2. On the lease what money (lease) factor should I ask for? I was quoted .00235 (have great credit rating and have leased two other BMWs). Again, think this is too high.

Perhaps leasing is not the way to go.

Cheers.

I was just at the dealer yesterday and the base rate for a 2012 X5M was 0.00195. If you have leased or financed with BMW financial in the past you can get a base rate of 0.00165.

Seems way too high, contact one of the forum sponsors and see what they can do for you.

Latest offer for the '12 X5m (loaded minus the rear entertainment system but plus the towing package - MSRP of about $100,000) for 36 months / 15k / $0 down, puts my monthly at $1450 (tax included) - better than the original offer of $1716, which didn't include the towing package - different dealer - any thoughts - Cheers.

I think this is a pretty good deal for 2012, 15k, 0 down.
