Meisterschaft GTC w/ catless xpipe??
Hi guys,
I have 8g to blow on exhaust. I want a valvetronic setup. Had qtp cutouts on my old jeep and loved the way it sounded open. Want a similar setup, but it seems like kreissieg is too much money. I found the same thing from Meisterschaft for almost 2g less. Anyone have experience with this company? As for xpipe, im going to go challenge... Thoughts? |

The Meisterschaft system is pretty much just a knockoff of the Kreissieg, so there really isn't much of a point in paying the extra 2k... Paired with a Challenge Race Catless X Pipe that would be VERY loud.
Another option you should check out is the Innotech IPE valvetronic exhaust, it sounds pretty good too. I suggest trying to hear the systems in person and deciding based off of what you like the most

IMO, 8k to make your car sound cool is off the wall! Do the muffler mod and hollow out your stock cats, all for less than 1k.
Take the remaining money and buy the Ess supercharger for sale in the used section for 6k. |

I don't want the supercharger. I still have warranty. I'd love one but it's not reasonable for me right. Would rather get a killer exhaust so that if I decide later on to get boost, I'll have both

If you are concerned with the warranty did you consider any Dinan stuff? Their catless exhaust sounds amazing and it wont break the bank. Plus you would have money left over for a Dinan tune.

Do yourself a favor and consider buying a used systems and save some money to use elsewhere. I get countless compliments from my system that I paid $2500. Gintani catless and borla rear. Yeah... I said Borla! Understand the track record ESS has with there blowers on the S65 motors....zero failures! Bolt ons are bolt ons. Spending thousands to yield some sound and 30whp is a joke. Now yield 140whp over stock with a mild 5lbs boost....that's worth every penny. Trust me, drive one and don't worry about your warranty!

Straight pipe it and save more. It sounds great and is not that loud.

If you want obnoxiously loud, run catless, resonatorless midpipe. I have that with a stock rear exhaust right now and can't wait to add 4 resonators to get rid of the rasp and drone. I no longer think 2 resonators will do it. An aftermarket rear exhaust is no quieter than stock so it would be even worse though maybe some of the rasp would disappear in the rumble. Not so sure about the drone.
