Anyone in San Diego have the Megan Racing Exhaust?

I'm thinking about getting the Megan exhaust, but wanted to hear it in person.

If you're in the San Diego area, you have this exhaust, and you don't mind letting me hear it then please let me know.

Thanks!

I'm in OC fairly regularly too. If anyone has it there that would work too.

I had it for a week and sold it. It had drone on low rpm and the sound was alright.

I switched to full rpi gtm system, and it was way too loud for DD.

I just got eisenmann sport yesterday, it is quiet again but i am getting challenge x-pipe to make it little louder and meaner.

I would expect drone of some sort from an inexpensive exhaust. Is it manageable though? Did the exhaust make a significant improvement in sound from stock?

I just can't justify spending $2K for an axle back exhaust so I am looking for something a little more affordable. The Megan looks exactly like the Agency Power to me so I thought it might be a good idea.

The stock exhaust mod that has been documented here sounds amazing. If not wanting to spend much but have great results this is a good option.

Yeah, I have considered the OEM mod as well. I am leasing the car so I would have to purchase another OEM exhasut and have it done. I figured that would prob cost me as much as the Megan (~$500).

If you are ever up in SF let me know. I installed it about 6 months ago. I couldn't justify spending $2k either. I gambled on the Meagan exhaust and couldn't be happier. I think it sounds great, beefy enough but not too loud. There is a slight drone from about 2k-3k but it's only when you are pressing down on the gas and not cuising. I just turn up the radio

Same here. I love mine. I don't even notice the drone, but then again I play my music loud unless it's a nice day in which I have the windows down and just want to hear my car.
