Many thanks for that my friend....
I got in the relevent list @ 6speed ahead of some major "comptetitors"

For the record my 100-200km/h time was 8.25 I believe...

I just want to thank AJ at this point from ESS who at my request to raise the stock limiter to the optional 8600rpm ( I had left it stock but thought I was leaving something on the table there...) within literally minutes send me 2 files to try out and who ALWAYS provides the BEST customer service...
Thanks man!

I did some head to head test last night where I ran side by side from 2nd gear roll on with a stock GTR from a friend...

I got the jump on him from 2nd gear roll and then he came next to me and we were pretty much even unti 210-220km/h where I think I gradually began to pass him slowly but he stopped the race.. I had a passenger and as I have seen from testing probably because of the low torque output it does play a major role in the final result with this car...

Hello man...
same as last time we discussed, apart from an updated tune from AJ with the optional raised limiter that I did not get last time...

Yep, that is correct...
Ofcourse I did mention that I got about a car length on him on the start (driver error on his side) and he did make that up before we reached 180km/h but after that stock GTR are quite "slow" always in comparison with how fast they get up to 180... Again I do not know what would happen after 220 since he stopped the race but my feeling was I was pulling away very slowly... Believe me I have driven and raced many many GTR's at various stages with my 997 and this is ALWAYS the case... (well apart from the 800+ HP cars ofcourse)

But I can not imagine why this so hard to understand since I am pulling these times... Stock GTR is NOT a "fast" car! The fact that I am getting these times with 2 bolt-ons yes this is strange and I was not expecting it either... But since this is the case I knew before I tried with the GTR that it would be close....

Hello ofcourse
Ess tune uploaded with their DF, Supersprint H + Xpipe with no primary cats but with 200cell secondary racecats and mid-resonator and Hamman/Supersprint catback (2 mufflers) and a K&N drop in filter... :confused
The car is 2010 M3 E92 DCT full extra on stock 19"s with stock Michelins and I always use premium unleaded pump gas (around 95AKI)...

That's about it... no secrets here...

P.S. I do not know if that makes a difference or not (it might if you ask me) but the ECU or DCT has never been updated by the dealer and is running the same version the car rolled out of the factory with...

I also ran a stock GTR about 3 months ago from a 40 roll in second to about 120. I ended up about 2 cars ahead of him by 120.

GTR's are fast from a stop because of their all wheel drive but are also a lot heavier than an M3.

My car has aa exhaust running no cats, drop-in filter, pulley kit, SSK, rear seat delete, Volk TE-37's and a race tune. All active products!

I think it must be a 2011 because the 2012 was not out yet. I understand that the 2012 is quicker!

No no no... I am talking about a bone stock 2009 GTR, so it is not such an outrageous claim I believe...

P.S. Here's a nice video from a run of my 997tt APR vs 650whp GTR of a very good friend ))

Nice pull, pre 2012 GTR's are in the low 10's, high 9's, 60-130, I believe Divexxtreme hit 9.9 in his stock GTR, so that run makes sense, and is impressive.
