damaged Breyton GTS-R and tire worth fixin ?

hit a sidewalk yesterday , was a very low speed impact but it still carved into the rim and tore the side of the tire
Anyone know if it is worth the fix . i got a quote for $75 on the rim , tire got hit on the side and will need to be changed

it actually is deeper than it looks, plus the damage is on the side and as the tire heats up it expands - so there is a risk that it will blow or puncture as i am driving -

I'd suggest replacing the tire, just to be safe.

In regards to the wheel, assuming it's not bent out of shape and it's just missing a small chunk, it may be possible to repair it. It's a little hard to see in the photo, but some places can fill in the area and paint it to look like it did when it came from the factory.

$75 for a fix, thats a steal! Ditch the tire or at least keep it as a back up
