BMW of Seattle - service question

BMW of Seattle provides online tool to schedule service. There are multiple people listed you can schedule your appointment with. Any idea on who is the best option to go with?

I second Alex Long...He has been very accommodating and I like him because he's very quick with e-mails.

I've worked will Elle Lockhart too, but I had one bad incident with her. I think I may have caught her on her bad day, but one day when I went to pick up my car, she just stared at me and took at me if I was coming to thief an M3. She finally apologized and said it was because she had two AW E92 M3's in that day and I didn't look like the other guy.

I've used Jeff for many years, but heard he no longer works there. I got assigned Alex this Firday, good to hear he is good as well.

Hey guys, just to let you know I took the advice in this thread and took the M3 to BMW of Seattle. Alex was my service adviser, and a great guy! They even gave me a loaner.

Had a handful of warranty issues, including a few peeling trim pieces, a leaky rear driver side door vapor seal, and a battery on its way out. All were fixed under warranty without a problem.

So two thumbs up for the best dealer experience I've had in 10 years of car ownership!
