What do you think about this deal?
For those who know me, you know I got into an accident with my 2008 M3 coupe in July. I had the car for exactly 3 months. The car was a write off and I bought a replacement but forgot to "introduce" my replacement to the forum! So here it is ... I'm wondering if I did ok in terms of the price I paid. The white convertible with fox red 45000KM on the Canadian forum got me thinking if I paid too much? I realize the book value in Canada for the M3's are in the 40's but it is almost impossible to find a low km coupe for less than $50K on the Canadian market. I was patient both times I purchased the M3 because I wanted a good deal. So here it goes:
2009 E92 M3 Alpine white on Fox Red (Non extended) 6 Speed Manual M-Drive EDC Executive Package 19" 220M wheels 1400KM (yes 1400) (This car pretty much has every option except the extended leather and it's pretty much a brand new car - I myself even took it in for its break-in service) $64K + taxes. |

Looks like reasonable price. From a dealership or private sale? CPO or no?
Mileage tells me it may have been a BMW Canada car as I've seen a few 08's recently with similar mileage at dealerships. Congrats |

The car had 1400 kms... not 14000.
