cheap place for tint removal in Los Angeles?

Please save yourself the cash and do this yourself... Its EXTREAMLY easy, just a bit messy. Park your car in the sun, and get some large black trash bags. Cut the bags on the outside of the car in the same shape of the window- just like it was tint. Then just spray A LOT of ammonia on the bag / inside of window and stick the wet bag to the tint. Let this sit in the sun, peeling the bag off every once in a while to spray more ammonia. (you can use towels to cover your interior panels)

After this bakes in the sun a while, simply remove the bag and get a razor and scrape. The tint and glue will come off extremely easy. The longer it sits the longer the ammonia breaks down the glue, the easier it is. I've used this method several times, works on lumar quality all the way dowtn to bubbly purple wal-mart tint.

Take a few hours and save the $$$

Many places who install will take off for you if you purchased the tint from them.

Try Sunshield in Sherman Oaks... They have done the tint on all of my cars.

I'm guessing you got a tint ticket?
