Courtesy delivery and general price questions

1. How is the selling price for this configuration?
Selling price seems like a good deal to me
2. How is the price for courtesy delivery?
Assuming your ordering the car into a dealer from Florida and having it delivered to Iowa @ $1000, price seems reasonable
3. So the dealer at Iowa basically profit 1,000 just for allowing the delivery of car.
Do you have to pay for the car to be shipped to the dealer in addition to the $1000? If so I would have it delivered to the dealer in florida and just pay to have it shipped to your home in Iowa. No need to pay shipping on a car plus $1000 just to have it shipped to a BMW dealership.
