1 year maintenance?

Hi, I was wondering if dealerships still do maintenance every year, I heard that they stopped doing that.

My car currently has 22k miles on it, and I believe the odometer says about 3,000 miles left before service. It has been over a year since I have taken my car for any service.

Does BMW still do yearly maintenance or do they stick only with the odometer readings now?

I think they still do the yearly one, because I'm in the same boat as you. It's been about a year yet the counter says I have 3k miles left, though I keep getting emails from my dealership saying my 135i is due for service. I'm gonna call them tomorrow and see what they say.

They did mine a month a ago, after a year and still 4000 miles to go.
Even new wipers.

BMW will do the free oil service every 12 months regardless of the service reading.

Wow, 22k and no service light. Freekn BMW has set the mileage counters even higher. I thought 14k on my previous 3 series was excessive.

Maybe I need to contact my local dealership. I just past my 1 year mark a couple months ago, but my odometer still says 10k until my first service.

Well I bought my car as a demo from the dealership with 7k miles on the clock. I was told they had prepped it, new tires, and changed the oil since I would be its "first" customer, and first owner so the warranty period started the day I actually bought it.

Then I believe my next service was done somewhere along 13-15k miles, but I am not too sure because ironically it is the only receipt I cannot find. Odometer reads next service at around 25k, but since I only drive to and fro from school, I only put in a few miles per day.

Actually I was told by my SA that BMWNA has reversed themselves and are going back to the minumum 1 year time frame instead of wating till the ECU says to have it done.

called dealership, they said my car was last in for service 06/10. It has been more then a year now, going to get service done
