Do you have any empirical or preferably anecdotal info on which summer tire (235/40/18ish) suffers the least sidewall bubbles?

The one that hits the least potholes.

NYC ate two of my stock runcraps.

Sidewall bubble can happen to any tire upon impact. Unfortunately I have not seen any tire that is less or more prone to this unfortunately.
