Good Canadian (Toronto Ontario) Insurance Provider 1M

I have received an insurance quotation from my insurance broker of $4650.00 per year for the insurance of the 1m. A more conclusive quotation can be provided if I am able to obtain a VIN number (does anyone have a spare 1m vin number that I can use???? Please submit).

That said, does anyone know of an insurance provider that will give a more competitive price for the vehicle?

My Credentials:
1. 25 Years Old (26 Years old this fall)
2. Live in Toronto (Large city where car theft is higher as well are accidents)
3. No tickets on my record
4. Garage Parked (Private Residence).

Advise please....

BTW, I cannot stand the insurance industry as I feel they are criminals with a license to steal

"26 Years old this fall"...
Maybe insurance company is trying imply it's too soon for you to drive this car

I remember when I was quoted around $6000 for M3 coupe. Recently asked for the same quote, $2450. I am a bit older though.

Ontario insurance is killer compared to Quebec. I'm 25 at it only costs me $1143 on a Porsche Cayman.

Don't know what it is on a 1M though.

That Rate is really low! Compared to what other companies have suggested to me.

Thanks for the link I hope that I can be insured with these criminals...

yeah insurance in Ontario is BRUTUAL especially if your under 25! at one point i was driving a civic and paying $15k for insurance b/c i had an accident (which the insurance company paid out nothing) and a careless driving ticket (whcih an a**hole cop gave me for burning my tires after he gave me a ticket for speeding 10km's over the limit)

I recently switched from State Farm to Desjardins General Insurance and I pay $120 instead of $180 per month with better coverage.
