Video: 1M Valencia Orange Video from DC Auto Show 2011

Went to the auto show in DC yesterday and took some pics and video of the new 1M. It looks much better in person than in pictures. Personally I really like the orange color.
It's very wide, the fender flairs are pretty kick ass. I couldn't sit in it as it was blocked off. The video came out lighter than the color really is - something windows movie maker did - does it with Reds and Oranges.

Nice video but yeah, that's definitely much closer to Crayola Orange than Valencia Orange.

The tyres appear to be fitted to rims that are too wide for them. Maybe it's just the way of Michelins or Continentals . Car looks great, very purposeful. Thanks for the vid'.

I love the way the color seems to change, just by changing the angle at which it is viewed. Gorgeous.

Some pictures - I believe these represent the color fairly accurately.

I love this color but I am not sure about the Crayola Orange? I think if you see this car in person (if you havent already), under the sunlight, you will see A LOT of RED hues in it... With different angles....
This color, seems to me, that it is almost exactly like Dodge Viper's (2005) Copperhead edition color....
It's quite beautiful in person but hard to capture in pictures, under different lighting

Under artificial flourescent lighting maybe. Once in the sun though I'm sure it's going to look different.

Sharp car, but what is with the halogen headlights and that front gap that makes it look like it has a lift kit. Also, the seats look like our seats, and not M seats, that have additional bolstering.

I'm assuming this is a pieced together show circuit car, but there are a few glaring misqueues on it, though the color does look good under the high-pressure sodium (or more likely mercury vapor) lighting.

Seems darker to me than the copper head, but the same vibrant color shifting characteristics.

You could be right Papethova. I said "exactly like the Copperhead" but, I shoudnt say that until I have actually seen this car in person. There is another thread on this forum that shows this car driving down the highway in New Jersey. Out in the sunlight it appears to have alot of similarities to the Copperhead. Either way, its a beautiful color IMO (from the pics i've seen). I will post some pics of my old copperhead to compare...

^ From what I recall, those who have seen it in person said it does not look like copper as depicted in some photos.
