1M Ozzie Pricing Guesstimate
I think its time we started up a guessing comp for the 1M pricing in Oz..
Considering that the Oz delivered 1M should have most options as standard. I will start the ball rolling at $129K Drive away with no added options.. |

Ha.. Good to see that there is no real consensus among the forum members on the proposed pricing of the 1M..
Deffinately a mixed bag of expectation. |

what is a 2 door M3 with the same spec cost as a comparison (or a 335 for that matter)? What is the % difference between a 335 and similar spec M3.
In case anyone from BMW Pricing is reading this, i'd find it hard to justify $130k+ on a 1M. If a OTR similar spec 135 is say $90k (guess) how can you charge 50% more. Having said this Subaru is dumb enough to charge 50% more for an STI over a WRX. |

There is no way I would cop $135k for a 1 series. E46 M3s retailed at 137 when they first were released.
But I can't see how it's worth a premium over the 135 to be honest it seems like an awful lot of money for a different badge and an LSD. |

If it gets RRP OTR at or on the $130k mark I will not buy it. I will cancel my EOI and take my $2k deposit back. For only a few K more than that money I can buy a new M3 sedan or the "down speced" coupes. Screw that...

Did anyone see the German pricing that was announced? I don't know if there's any context for our prices.
$50,000 Euro for the 1M including taxes. 135 is $38,000 Euro I believe. |
