No cover art

I have a new 2011 e92 with the USB in the armrest I am getting no cover art on the display the iPod is connected with a genuine apple cable and the iPod touch has the cover art on it ?

He's in the UK... MY2011 E92/93 (03/10-on production) support Cover Art if 6FL and the Apple USB cable are used.

Hi yes car is nov 10 production so it should work but forums reason no artwork is displayed. Although the BMW connected drive is not set up yet could be that?
