Windshield rubber trim cracking.

I had the rubber strip on the bottom of the windshield replaced by the dealer because it was cracking.

I just noticed the side and top rubber around the windshield is also cracking with small pieces around the edges missing.

Car is a 2007.

This is common on all 04-08 BMW's. The dealer will do the fix under new car warranty. But CPO warrantys will not cover exterior trim, so get it done before it runs out!
