Lease assumption or buyout: '08 Jerez Bleck e92 M3
2008 BMW E92 M3 Coupe 6MT Jerez Black Black Novillo Aluminum Trim Premium Package Cold Weather Package Navigation System HD Radio Original MSRP: $65,000 Negotiated Price: $60,000 Down Payment: $3,000 including first month & fees Term: 36 Months Annual Mileage: 15,000 Monthly Payment: $749.00 Term Start: November 1st, 2008 Current Mileage: 38,000 *I will pay for the additional lease miles before transferring the car Money Factor: .0005 or approximately 1.20% As of Today (10/12) the pay-off to purchase the car is $41,765.17 The car is fresh off a full interior & exterior detail by Driven Perfection in Weymouth, MA Aftermarket Accessories: Painted Reflectors Gloss Black Grills GP Thunder 7500k Angel Eyes Bimmian Interior LED (with Original & Spare LED Bulbs) RPi Swoop Scoops Macht Schnell Air Filter AC Schnitzer Race Spec Exhaust Supersprint X-Pipe with custom fabricated connecting pipes I still have the stock exhaust in mint condition. I am planning to have it put back on (removing the ACS and Supersprint) in the next few weeks so please pm soon if you'd be interested in acquiring the car as it is now. The car is also hardwired for a radar detector behind the mirror (no hanging power cord). The car has always been garaged, safe and tucked away in its own spot where no careless doors can hit it. All service is up to date. New PS2's were put on the rear wheels last Fall and have ~6000 miles on them. Front tires may need replacing in the next year (will update with tread depth on front/rear shortly). I also have a staggered set of Michelin PA2 winter tires to fit the OEM wheels which can be included for a reasonable cost. Here's the deal - pay the $500 lease transfer fee to BMW ($100 application, $400 due when it goes through), and that's it. You'll have in essence a 1 year lease on an e92 and it'll still be less than $800/mo pre-tax if you average in the lease assumption cost. A few pictures (more to come):

Interior pictures posted along with a few more photos taken today.
There is a picture of the left front wheel, which has a small scuff mark (seen in the lower left). This is the only damage to any of the wheels. Tread depths (rough measurement) - front tires are ~6/32, rear tires are a little over 7/32. Please pm if you are interested.

Current buyout is $41,765.17
Lease-end residual is $33,358 so the buyout offer should be in that range Car was driven last winter, garaged and hand washed, no rust. I do have good winter tires for those in areas that get snow (the car is very capable on snow and ice)

This is actually a good deal, unlike most least takeovers! If it were DCT I'd be talking to you about trying to get it out here to So Cal.
Good luck with the sale. |
