Odd - Sunroof Open

Went out in the garage today and noticed that my sunroof was cracked open. Not all the way, just the back end lowered from its fully closed position.
This is the second time I had seen this, but I thought the first time I had just hit the button by accident. This time I know I didn't. Haven't touched the roof consol in weeks.
Anybody else seen this?

Do you ever open the windows via remote? If you do maybe you held the button down to long after the windows are opened, it will then open the roof a little until you take your finger off the button. I've done it a few times myself until I figured it out.

Thats exactly what it is, at least for me. If you hold the button down on the key fob to lower the windows, and you wait until the windows are all the way down before letting go, your sunroof will partially open as well.

There is a delay before the system realizes that you let go of the button. So if you want to lower the windows without opening the sunroof, let go of the button about an inch or 2 before the windows are all the way down.

I've had this happen a while back, it would partially open after I closed it.. What happened was, my pinch protection was calibrated to be too sensitive, and it would send the panel back about halfway after it hit resistance, it was a 10 minute fix.

It is odd that it would do this if you haven't used the sunroof in weeks. I use mine almost daily...
