horrrrrible metal on metal griding noise from the front wheel/suspension
Jerks at Roadside didn't want to send a tow because it was still drivable.
I had to have the dealership call them to approve it. |

I suspect he is talking about BMW Roadside Assistance. They can be reached via BMW Assist or from a 1-800 number if you do not have BMW Assist. All BMWs under warranty have Roadside Assistance.

I didn't drive it. The dealership "approved" it or whatever and they towed it.
Probably a rock caught in the brakes or something but I sure as hell wasn't going to drive it up there making that noise. |

BMW Assist once told me that it was perfectly safe to drive to a service station when I had a full on flat on the TCH where traffic flows at 130 KM/H or so... I told them that I didn't feel safe driving 80 KM/H in that zone and couldn't perform a U turn in that area because it was a divided highway and I was over 80 KM from a service station... was not impressed. They offered to send the police... completely useless.
