My rear driving/running lights are ALL off???
Hey guys,
Last night I was cruising home in the 135 and I noticed that NONE of my rear lights are on (except for the license plate light). I crawled under the dash to have a look at the fuses and pulled all the ones that appear to be lighting related with no luck. Also, I checked the rear bulbs themselves and none are burned out. Does anyone know what fuse number is correct for the rear lights??? Or anyone have any other ideas? I'd hate to take the car to the dealer for something this silly Thanks

I had one light go out. It was fixed under the tail light recall. Yours may be for the same reason.

Yeah...I just did a bit of searching and it looks like there are lots of folks that have had the same issue. Guess I will have to go to the dealer

another thought, were you using the other fey fob where the DRL might be turned off? I know you said the license plate light was on...but just a thought that might prevent an embarrassing dealership trip...
[EDIT] Disregard, you said rear lights only |

One of my tail lights were out, took the car in for the repair. The dealer said that they would perform the recall on the seals. Now both of the lights don't work. I was only getting the lamp warning signal in the car when it was dark out. Looks like there is a sensor that does not turn on the rear lights if it is light out. Anyone know if there is an option to ignore the daylight sensor. If I turn my lights on, I want to know that they are on.
Back to the dealer I go. |
