Joy In A 1 series is. . .
When you reach 1201 miles. You realize that launch control is now available (according to the manual) and that for all the times you wish you could floor it, you just backed off a bit since it was in it break in period.
Now, like an anxious drama unfolding to it final conclusion, I eagerly await the moment that I can see the checked flag. Share your joy of the first 1200 miles.

The computer restricts launch control till after indicated 1200 miles? That's cool!
 My joy moment was seeing my car spin on the turntable during European Delivery for the first time!

Joy was having the car delivered to my house and seeing it pull into the driveway!
joy is now the freeway on-ramp, where even under part throttle acceleration is a thrill. joy is also tipping into the throttle in 7th gear at 70 mph to pass and being at 95 in the blink of an eye. This thing is so high strung it's amazing. |
