Hello all.

I am considering exiting my M3 lease. I am located in Brooklyn, NY.

Specs are as follows:

2008 M3 E90 (Sedan)
~ 6-Speed Manual
~ 6900 Miles

Exterior: Alpine White
Interior: Fox Red Novillo Leather

Options: Satellite radio, Premium Package (Digital compass mirror, BMW Assist, Power folding mirrors, Universal Garage Door Opener).

Payments are $638.55 due the 28th day of each month. 10,000.00 miles per year / 30,000 miles total. 36 month term. Excess Charge Per Mile is $0.20. The residual is $32,103.50.

I took delivery on 2/28/2009, and the lease ends 2/28/2012. I am exactly halfway thru the lease. As of today, there are 18 months to go. There are currently 23,100 miles remaining in total, or 1,283 miles per month.

The car is in PRISTINE condition. Routine maintenance was always performed by Manhattan BMW in NYC.

You must qualify and be approved by BMW FS to assume this lease. BMW FS charges a $500.00 application fee, $100.00 of which is non-refundable if the application is denied. This is the only charge I ask the purchaser to pay out of his or her own pocket. It takes 3-4 weeks for BMW FS to transfer over the lease, during which time I will make the monthly payment.

I will post pictures later this week, but as I said, the car is pristine. Totally stock. ZERO upgrades, NEVER touched.

Some more details I didn’t mention in my first post.

~ I paid NYC sales tax up front. The monthly payment does NOT include any tax.

~ I will transfer it over to an out-of-state buyer, but I will not pay the transport charges.

~ No accidents or fender benders.

~ No mechanical issues.

~ The car has only the options I mentioned in the first post. It’s a very lightly equipped M3. Not many M3s out there for $638.55 a month though (if any!).

~ The car looks brand new, runs brand new, and still smells brand new.

~ If you are interested in assuming the lease, you will have to submit a BMW online credit application. I will forward you the link.

It’s been raining here for the past few days. Once it stops I will take lots of pics and post them up.

Wow! The response I’ve received to my car is unbelievable! I can’t believe how many people are interested! I honestly don’t even know who to respond to first, so I am going to take it on a "first come first serve" basis.

Whoever is interested in seeing the car, it will be available this Saturday afternoon in Brooklyn. I am having it detailed Saturday morning. I will also showcase the car online the same day.

The first person who submits a credit application to BMWFS will put this whole deal on hold, pending lease approval. I will not show the car to anyone else once a credit application is submitted. If the lease is approved, and he or she decides to move forward, I will end the thread. If the deal falls through, I will continue showing the car again.

Please note, the $500.00 transfer fee to BMWFS is billed to my account. $100.00 of that fee is non-refundable if the assumption does not happen for any reason. I will require $100.00 up-front to submit the credit application, and the other $400.00 due upon delivery.

PS, you are welcome to come tonight or Friday evening as well, but the car will not be clean.
