New Wheels - MIRO 313 Reps on M Roadster

Thought I share some pics of my new wheels....

They are

19x8.5 ET35 front and
19x9.5 ET20 rear

Perfect fit, they fill the wells quite nicely, I think.

Got them from **********s.com - great service and fast shipping. The quality and finish of the wheels is very good.

Enjoy!

Last pic - Rogue Diablo Exhaust (in the FS section ;-) )

Nicely preserves the double-spoke design of the OE wheels. I like!

Were you able to verify the 24/25 lb weight of these listed on **********s?

Exactly the resemblance of the spokes made me decide to get them.
On my bathroom scale they are within one pound of the lsited weights.

wow - that weight is pretty decent for 19s. Any idea how they're manufactured?

Resembles the BMW performance wheel to me.

We weighed them in on digital scales, but thank you for verifying for us.

Exactly! Only at a much lower price for the full set.

They feature a gunmetal finish on the barrel and a silver machined finish on the face. They look great in person!

Update after 3 months and roughly 2,000 miles:

Don't buy them. Three of the wheels show multiple rockchips. On one wheel the paint around two of the bolt holes starts to chip off.
Cheap wheels, cheap quality. I guess you always get what you pay for.

I called **********s to friendly ask for some touch up paint and got a lecture about what could cause rockchips. And no, touch up paint is not available. I was then recommended to have the wheels resurfaced. Because who ever does the resurfacing would have to warranty their work. Still don't quite understand what he was trying to tell me except of trying to get the monkey off his back.

I asked the guy whether **********s would pay for it and he told me of course not.

So in a nutshell, if you buy these wheels be prepared to have them resurfaced after 3 months.

Lousy service **********s! All I was asking for was some touch up paint and I even would have paid for it.

916sp,

I just got word about the situation and I was your original sales representative so I wanted to chime in and say a few things in response to what you just posted. I apologize on behalf of **********'s and Miro for your unfavorable experience and we are really trying to do everything in our power to help you.

Give us a call and let's get this figured out for you okay?

Kevin
