m3 e90 warning light yellow?

Had the yellow warning light come up a couple of days ao. The handbook says it is due to deterioration in exhaust emissions. Took it to the dealers today for service and they reset the light saying it was probably low on fuel and there was no major fault. I have to drive a couple of hundred miles tomorrow and the light has come back on again has anyone had problems with this light before? (2007 car)

Can you describe the symbol?

Yellow is not a big issue as long as the car drives ok, should it change to red though you're in bother.
