Protecting the rubber on the window/body panels
I was just curious as to what is the proper method of protecting the rubber that is wrapped around the windows and roof panels. I have an older volvo with rubber that has faded severely and would hate to have it happen down the line with the 1er

I am using this rubber protectant on mine. I did all the seals before winter to prevent any sticking or freezing. So far it seems to be working well, but I guess we'll see in a few years how it is protecting. I've heard about another product too called something like Gummi Pfledge?

I protect just about everything that is vinyl, rubber and plastic with the 303 Aerospace Protectant. It helps block UV rays that are the cause of slow fade, which makes colors look dull over time. Let me know if you have any questions.
