I have had excellent service at Brian Jessel. When I drove up, the covered parking are you drive into was vertually full and it was very busy inside. However, they have lots of staff on and they got me in right on time and it was done before they promised.

There is sometimes a longer wait to get in at BJ but I've had pretty good service there as well. If it's a simple thing you can use their "quick" service and get in and out in about 2 hours.

At BJ they have this "quick service" for a job less than two hours. If you time it right and you do it over lunch time, they give you a voucher for a free lunch at their M cafe. They also have wireless internet access in there as well.

Autowest BMW in Richmond is fine!

I bought my car at Autowest and they have been excellent. I don't know why they get slagged. Seems to be a vendetta... no facts, just inuendo.

I attempted to buy a BMW from Autowest. They treated me like shit. I live in White Rock so it is the closest dealer to me. I had trouble getting a salesman to even answer my questions. I had planned on ordering a 335 or a 135 that day and walk out of there with nothing. I couldn't believe how bad they treated me adn this was after I had told the guy I want to buy a car today. I tried Brian Jessel and it was totally different. The service was over the edge excellent. From test drive, to purchase to pick up and service it was excellent adn they went the extra mile.

Two coworkers of mine have had bad service experiences with Autowest and now use Brian Jessel. One guy showed up with his M3 for a service and they checked the car in, took his keys and then told him they gave out his loaner car. He had booked the loaner several weeks in advance but the guy said to bad. He end up taking his car (had to get to work!) and asks for an appointment with a loaner later that week. The best they did was 2 weeks away! The other guy had troubles with his 335's satellite radio and a dash rattle. He left it there for a day and the sevice guy said they attempted to fix both but couldn't. Too bad for him. The car was only 6 months old. He said they treated him like crap and even told him they were very busy so they could only spent a few hours on his car. He takes it to Brian Jessel a week later and they fixed both while he waited and even gave him free lunch.

I should also say, my wife had an Infiniti G35 that we got at Autowest Infiniti. I do not understand how those two dealer could be related. The Autowest Infiniti dealer was very good to deal with. I was very happy with all my dealings with the sales department and the service department.

The low beam error never comes on now and the high beam comes on very rarely along with the headlight system failure message. I think the warmer weather in Vancouver helps in somewhat ways. That's just my guess tho. How is your headlights? I saw that u got the euro halogen lights. Any errors with that? I don't suppose they should throw any codes...

I went into Brian Jessel today and the service was great! It's a really big dealorship and compared to my past experiences in Edmonton dealorship the service was a lot better. I'm picking up the car in couple of days cuz I'll be out of town for a while. I'll see what the service is like when I pick it up but so far so good. Thx for all your feedbacks!

Funny thing is when I went to BJ for the service. I told the service advisor that I have oem euro headlights that is not original with the car that it does throw codes. She said when she scanned the key for vehicle info it didn't say anything about the light error. Weird.
Don't u just love the clear corners? I think your car with clear corners are really nice. The black with amber is just not my taste. Anyways good luck to any future mods!
