I have AC Schnitzer springs made by Eibach. Very happy with the performance.

Eibachs are known to be the best quality ride of all the springs out there.

You should have made a third option for owners of other brands of springs to click. Some people just can't resist the urge of voting in a poll, even if it doesn't apply to them, and you'll have members with other brands of springs vote against the Eibachs just for the hell of it.

I have Eibachs and I love the ride. The looks are there, and the feel is there, but the ride is stock like. I drive in Normal and and the comfort is very cushy if you want to be. The Sport is nice and firm. Best springs out there in my opinion.

If you don't have them yet, go get them!
The only negative I've found applies to all aftermarket lowering springs--you really have to be careful pulling up to a curb. |

Probably been rehashed on here plenty but my friend had H&R springs on his M5 and said that springs don't correlate to the correct dampers value and therefore wear out your shocks faster. This have any truth or just an urban legend?

Nothing actually wrong with my springs, they work.
Ride just feels really bumpy!

Sorry, I accidentally answered no to the poll question but I meant yes. They are perfect with very little change in ride quality and just the right amount of drop (if you're going for subtle).

The race springs would probably be too hard. I assumed that H & R/bilstein/eibach were all the same factory? |

Since it was in full sport EDC mode (there are three settings... off, EDC1 and EDC 2), I found it bouncy in the second and hardest/sportiest setting. I dialed it back to the first EDC 1 setting and it worked better. If I selected the EDC to full off position, the rebound felt all wrong, like the shocks were far too soft for the stiffer springs. This was felt going over speed bumps etc. After about 1000kms of city driving, it works really well and the feel is perfect in full EDC sport mode or EDC 2 if you want to call it? |

For those that arent satisfied with the eibachs, was it b/c:
1. They do not offer enough drop OR 2. The ride is too bumpy ? I had h&r sports on stock shocks on my 06 e90 330xi and at hi speeds the springs were very bouncy and felt unstable...i do not want 2 go thru that all over again on my m3...that is why im asking There arent any real edc compatible coils and plus i feel they r overkill as i will never track my car |

I love my Eibachs. Performance wise there is nothing not to like. I think some people wish the drop was more, but me personally I would not dropn any lower.

Sigh. I really want to trade to Eibachs now.
Does the rebound feel off when going 100+ where there are bumps such as a freeway or highway?
