Just as the title reads, I have a pair of Supersprint Race/Sport exhaust cans available for sale. Condition is great with little to no signs of use. The tips are clean and unscratched. I bought these very recently from a fellow forum member and ran them for 12 hours. I decided the sound was a bit too loud for my taste. I live in a city so the concrete bounces sound all over the place and it just a bit much. That said, the exhaust does sound insanely good.

The price is $800 plus shipping. You'll only pay what I pay for shipping and local pick-up is available in the Boston area, too.

Have you heard the RPI exhaust before? Do you think this is louder, quieter, or about the same?

I haven't heard the RPI exhaust in person but I have heard it in many videos. I believe that the Supersprint has a more refined of a note. Probably a bit deeper without any sign of rasp and very authoritative sounding. In terms of raw volume, I think its probably the same if not a bit quieter. But again, I haven't heard the RPI in person I can't be certain. I really love the sound but being in a city make having an exhaust like this a bit too much. With the sound bouncing off of buildings, it just didn't suit my style.

I'll snap some pics and take that measurement ASAP. But relatively speaking, the tips are slightly larger than stock, I believe. I'll confirm though.

Well, no. I had a few other compounding variables in the mix. I ran the Supersprint straight-pipe section 1 which yanks a pair of cats. I also was running a pair of solid transmission mounts which significantly increases cabin vibration all on its own. This combination in an urban jungle made the experience too loud. Outside of the car the sound was great but still too loud for me. Inside the car the vibration from the transmission mounts plus the exhaust was also too much for me. I'm very much a fan of subtlety when it comes to exhausts. I doubt very many people are as picky as I am in this department!
