Driver and Passenger head rest removal?

Can anyone tell me how remove the head set on 06 530xi the driver and passenger set. Is there a trick to it. Is there a video step that i can't follow. Trying to put a pillow head rest w/ 7' lcd screen. Just need to swap it out. can get the original off. Please help?

Just extend your head rests all the way up and then pull upwards. There are two "poppable" holes that the headrests click into. If you pull up, they should come out.

Nope. I'm still trying to get it off and there isn't "poppable" holes that the headrests click into. Anyone have any idea?
