It’s just like the Enthusiast cable, only instead of having access to 3 VINs you get access to only 1 VIN. Perfect for the discriminating tune owner who wants the most powerful and flexible code reading and diagnostic tool available.

A condition of the distribution agreement was that these would only be offered with new JB tuner sales (JB3/JB+) and not be sold individually. So those of you already tuned looking for a BT will still need to pickup the BT Enthusiast kit from me for the regular price.

The one exception is for those that purchased a JB3 or JB+ after 9/28/2009 directly from BMS or N54Tuning. In that case you can pay the difference and shipping to add the BT Basic cable retroactively. Email me before 10/15/2009 to take advantage of this. They are very strict on the dates.

While the BT cable is not required with a tune, it really is a terrific tool to have. Having it be this much more affordable is just icing on the cake.

The BT Basic cables should start shipping around 10/21/2009 so get your order in ASAP to secure a spot on the first batch as quantities are limited!

It's 2-months away from being called final, but it is final minus the bootloader BMS is working on. There won't be any new features added, so hence we have finalized it even though it will carry the beta tag for a while.
