No. This has been proposed repeatedly by people who want the BBK look without paying the price of a BBK.

Rotora did a set up like that (fixed 4 piston calipers on F/R OEM rotors) for the E46 M3... they mentioned some long time ago that they may be doing the same for the E9x M3 but in 6-piston front and 4-piston rear caliper set for the OEM rotors.

Nothing yet...

At least they used to have a sub $4000 full BBK kit (6/4 pistons plus 14"+ rotors) for the E9x M3 last year... I don't know if the prices changed since I was offered a kit of those for $3800 last December.

wow that is pretty good actually and maybe after the winter i would pull the trigger or find a used set. if i got that then i would maybe think about doing some track work to take advantage. i always regret not tracking when i had my E46 M3 all decked out

do you remember where you saw those prices?? and links?

thanks alot

I got my StopTechs very lightly used from another forum member for a good price. There's no way I would have paid full price for them new. If I hadn't found these, I would have just changed out the pads, high-temp fluid, and SS lines. You might wait for a good deal on a used BBK to come around.
