As an authorized dealer, we're glad to be carrying all the Macht Schnell product for the e8x 1 series. These products have been rigorously tested by the guys over at Macht Schnell to insure the best quality in terms of durability and material. Macht Schnell Light Weight Battery Kit Stock BMW batteries can weigh in at approximately 60-65lbs. A lightweight battery is a great way to shed unwanted pounds for vehicles that see extended track use. However a smaller battery footprint means it will not fit in the same location without fabricating your own mounting solution. Macht Schnell Battery Enclosures are CNC-machined from the same aerospace 6061-T6 lightweight billet aluminum as our Competition Wheel Spacer kits and feature a black anodized finish which is strong and non-corrosive to withstand grueling conditions while keeping your battery worry-free. Simply put - these are the finest-engineered battery enclosures available for your BMW. Your stock BMW battery can be easily swapped at any time during off-season. Macht Schnell recommends Braille batteries. Always refining and creating Braille saw the need to develop a lighter alternative to providing even longer lifer for their line of batteries. The solution towards longer life came in addressing what causes batteries to fail, heat and vibration.
  Macht Schnell Floor Mount Race seats can offer a an immediate improvement in driver feedback keeping you planted to the seat and concentrated on driving, while offering a significant weight savings. However, most race seat companies leave it up to the driver for a mounting solution. Macht Schnell Floor Mounts are designed for the serous track enthusiast in mind. CAD designed and machined from 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum, these mounts are as strong as they are light. Multiple mounting positions allow driver to dial in an exact seat position that is most comfortable and perfectly centered to the steering wheel.  Macht Schnell Competition Stud Conversion Kit All Macht Schnell Competition fasteners are hardened and tempered to strength class 10.9 or 10 according to DIN/ISO standard 898. They meet the statutory requirements of all countries - including the USA. All studs/nuts feature a black plating process for OEM appearance. Final inspections are not restricted to random quality checks. Every single fastener is tested to ensure compliance with specifications. 75mm Shank, 12mm x 1.5, 17mm Hex Nut, Cone Seat   Macht Schenll TPMS/RDC Emulation Module Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is an electronic system designed to monitor the air pressure inside all the pneumatic tires on all BMWs manufactured since 2006. Within a predetermined pressure level, a RF signal (433mHz) is sent to each of the receivers located in the wheelwells. These systems report an error message to the driver when pressure is low. Battery-powered Radio Frequency based TPMS have several disadvantages. Batteries eventually become exhausted and represent a maintenance cost to the consumer. Batteries are chemical systems with lifetimes that unfortunately perform very poorly in extreme temperature environments typical of North America and European climates and in aerospace applications. In order to conserve battery life and to conform to various countries communication authority standards for short range radio communications, the power levels of battery powered TPMS are kept very low . As a consequence of these very low power levels, the construction of certain steel belted radial replacement tires and vehicle metallic geometries can block the low power signal transmission paths. The so-called total cost of ownership for direct systems is much higher than for indirect systems due to battery and wheel changes and broken/damaged parts. Replacement TPMS sensors from your local dealer can be in excess of $300USD/set with the lithium batteries mounted in the sensors with a 5-6 year shelf life. Aftermarket sensors are not generally reliable. For those that have multiple tire sets for the track, this is simply not practical. Our TPMS/RDC Emulation Module installs in less than 15 minutes and will fully emulate a full-pressure TPMS signal when activated. Module can be activated/deactivated by lifting up on the driver’s side window switch for +5 seconds with the key off. Not compatible with euro models Macht Schnell Astray Gauge Panel We will be offering the new Macht Schnell astray gauge panel for customers who are looking to add aftermarket gauge inside their cabin. The Macht Schnell ashtray gauge panel are perfectly position in where the OEM ashtray used to be to give you a cleaner, more factory look yet allowing the driver great visibility on the crucial data. The openings are 52mm allowing you to put your favorite gauge where it be Defi to SRTi.
