H&R is a solid choice if you are doing just a spring upgrade. They are designed to improve performance and lower the car without making it impractical for daily driving. The H&R Sport and Sport Plus offer the same lowering. The advantage to the Sport Plus is that they are a stiffer spring rate so they will offer better performance but the same ride height as the standard H&R Sport springs. These are ideal if you want slightly better performance than the standard Sport springs without an even lower ride.

Good info. Thanks.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

don't waste your money on springs. Just get coilovers its easier and better overall performance

I would think sport plus may induce even worse rebound than with the regular sport springs. That's just me guessing though, I would like to drive/get a ride in someone w/ sport plus

If you're not tracking on a regular basis coilovers are a waste of money.
I love the look of a properly lowered car, but I'm having trouble with our "middle of the road" suspension options.

KW doesn't make a spring kit for the M, they do make a coilover kit though.
